The fastest speed skiing backwards
The fastest speed skiing backwards (above) is 128.7 kmh (79.97 mph) achieved by Anders Backe (Norway) at the Vikersund Skiflying slope, Vikersund, Norway, on 21 February 2012. Backe used Head Caddy park skis, Tyrolia Mojo 18 bindings, Head Raptor Project RS boots, Leki Rodeo poles and his own "Anders Backe Signature Line" of clothing from Bergans of Norway.
The largest pizza
The largest pizza ever baked weighed 12.19 tonnes (26,883 lb) and was made at Norwood Hypermarket, Norwood, South Africa. The pizza measured 37.4m (122ft 8in)in diameter.
Highest altitude reached by taxi
The highest altitude reached by taxi is 5,225.4 m (17,143 ft) by Leigh Purnell, Paul Archer, Johno Ellison and Matthew Prior (all UK) in Hannah, a 1992 LTI Fairway FX4 - a London black taxi cab - in Qinghai Province, China, on 29 August 2011. The visit to the Tibetan Plateau was part of a successful attempt to make the longest taxi journey, which covered 69,716.12 km (43,319.5 miles) from 17 February 2011 to 11 May 2012 and clocked up £79,006.80 (US$127,530; €98,490) on the meter. Matthew Prior was not part of the whole journey.
Largest hand-woven carpet
The largest hand-woven carpet measures 5,630 m² (60,600.81 ft²) and was manufactured by the Iran Carpet Company (Iran). It was created for the Abu Dhabi mosque and was measured in Abu Dhabi, UAE, in 2007. The carpet was created in 9 parts and assembled in the mosque. The carpet would have been around 6,000 square metres originally, but parts of it had to be taken away in order to fit it onto the floor in the mosque.

The most people doing fist bumps simultaneously is 1,820 and was achieved by Shiatook Public Schools and Brian Jackson (both USA) in Shiatook, Oklahoma, USA, on 5 November 2011.
