Before we accept or reject a new record proposal, we always carry out claim-specific research, which may require the expertise of consultants outside the company. As a consequence, a Standard Application requires up to four weeks to be reviewed.
Nevertheless, we understand that some applicants desire an answer sooner that our standard service can guarantee – so we’ve created a Fast Track premium service.
Fast Track ensures that your record application is considered by our Records Management team in just three working days. Using Fast Track will give you access to a dedicated Records Manager who will assist throughout the process, answering all inquiries with maximum speed and helping you with alternative ideas if your initial proposal is not acceptable.
