The Brief

PwC’s London Region Tax team had ambitions to do something different for their summer ball. The main aim was to bring together employees who work in the same team, but don't interact regularly. PwC decided to contact Guinness World Records to explore a record-breaking event.

The Solution

GWR presented PwC with a range of suggestions for different records to attempt and how to structure the day, and two brand new record titles were specifically created. During the event, participants were split into teams where they were coached and trained in qualifying for an Official Attempt. PwC managed to set - and break - not only one, but two out of the five record titles that were attempted on the day!

On the day the GWR team were awesome, so full of energy and keen to help out, they were definitely a huge factor in the day being so successful. I can say without hesitation say that everything from the introductory speech, to participating in the records themselves, was coordinated perfectly. The office was buzzing for the next week, talking about how much fun everyone had had, and how impressed they were with GWR's energy, enthusiasm and warmth.
