Please note that inviting a judge (adjudicator) to your record attempt comes with a cost.
The cost of our adjudication service is between 3,000 GBP and 5,000 GBP per day depending on the location (this equals approximately 5,000 USD - 8,360 USD but the exact equivalent depends on the exchange rate on the day you make the payment).
Our adjudicators are based on London, New York, Beijing, Tokyo and Hamburg. The cost may be subject to VAT depending on the country.
The adjudication package includes:
- Internal application processing
- Record breaking support during the preparatory phases
- Advice on the types of record that can be attempted
- Approval of the record on site with an official GWR representative
- Framed certificate for the presentation ceremony, plus up to 5 certificates with final details
- License of the GWR trademarks and logo for up to 4 weeks prior to the event for leaflets, posters, websites, newspapers, etc.
- Adjudication article posted on our website with pictures
- Circulation of the press release issued by the claimant in our media zone
Please note that the presence of an official GWR adjudicator is not compulsory in order to attempt a GWR record.
